Launched in January 2024, the NatWest High Growth IP-backed loan has been developed in partnership with IP evaluation experts Inngot. This innovative offering enables IP-rich scaleup SMEs to access loans starting from as little as £250,000 and up to £10 million. What sets this loan apart is that it is secured against up to 50% of the value of your qualifying intangible assets, such as software, patents, copyrights, trademarks, registered designs, and other intellectual property, as determined by Inngot’s sophisticated IP identification and valuation toolkit.
By leveraging Inngot’s online tools, we are able to keep costs low, making even smaller loan sizes competitive and accessible. This opens up IP-backed finance to SMEs and scaleups that are rich in intangible assets but may lack the tangible assets typically required by traditional lenders.
