Help Shape the Future of End-of-Life Care at Saint Francis Hospice – apply to join our Board of Trustees either as our new Chair or as a Trustee.

We are at a pivotal moment at Saint Francis Hospice. Following our recent ‘Outstanding’ rating from the CQC, we have launched our ambitious 5-year strategy: “Growing Together.”

To help guide this growth and ensure we continue providing expert care to our communities across Havering, Brentwood, Barking & Dagenham, Redbridge and West Essex, we are seeking a new Chair and four new Trustees to join our Board.

We are looking for strategic thinkers with specific expertise in:
🔹 Digital Strategy: To lead our digital transformation and systems investment.
🔹 Income Generation: To guide commercial income and fundraising in a changing landscape.
🔹 People & Culture (HR): To help us remain an employer and volunteer-engager of choice.
🔹 Community Healthcare: To champion person-centred care and NHS long-term alignment.
