Free EIDA SME e-learning with local businesses

New free e-learning resource

The Employers’ Initiative on Domestic Abuse (EIDA) have launched a new, completely free e-learning resource, designed specifically to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) build an effective workplace response to domestic abuse. Domestic abuse affects millions of people, including members of your workforce, often silently. SMEs have told us they want clearer guidance, practical tools, and a simple, manageable way to take action. This new e-learning resource does exactly that.

Developed with support from the City of London Corporation (an EIDA Beacon Member), the module provides a step-by-step guide to help recognise the signs of domestic abuse, respond safely and confidently, and put the right support in place for employees. The module is available to every organisation in the UK, and we encourage you to share it with other SMEs in your community or supply chain who may benefit.

No prior knowledge is needed, just a commitment to making your workplace a safer place for everyone. Contact support@eida.org.uk if you have any questions.
